In short: All sales are final. Only duplicate charges and failed deliveries are corrected.
No Refunds
All purchases made on psychiebro.in are final and non-refundable. Our Products are digital audio masterclasses that are made available to you immediately after payment and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is completed.

Genuine Errors We Will Fix
To be fair to every customer, we will correct the following genuine errors:
- You were charged more than once for the same Product (the duplicate amount will be refunded).
- Your payment was successful but you did not receive access, and we are unable to provide access after you contact us.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after verification.
How to Report an Issue
Email hello@psychiebro.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, the email address used, and a screenshot of the payment. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so that we can resolve it quickly.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
